It was 1985 when CEO Michael Lane got his start in the industry, combining a close attention to detail with deep market knowledge and firsthand banking industry experience to help clients understand their real estate holdings and the overall environment. That work sparked a passion, leading Michael to pursue his MAI appraisal designation from The Appraisal Institute while also maintaining certifications as a general appraiser, real estate broker and senior property tax consultant.

As he established and grew his own appraisal firm, he surrounded himself with professionals whose dedication rivaled his own.
